Every dog is different, but these answers explain how most new arrangements begin.

Questions, answered

Before we begin

Which areas do you cover?+

We predominantly cover North and Central London. Collection depends on the service, date and route, so please include your postcode when enquiring.

Are you available seven days a week?+

Yes, including overnight and bank-holiday care, subject to availability.

Do you show prices online?+

No. Care is bespoke, so we provide a quotation after understanding the dog, dates, location and service required.

Must dogs be vaccinated?+

Dogs must meet the vaccination and health requirements relevant to their care setting. We confirm the documents needed during consultation.

Do you accept puppies and large breeds?+

Yes, puppies and large breeds are considered individually according to age, temperament, needs and available space.

Do dogs need to be neutered?+

Unneutered males and females may be considered individually. Suitability depends on the dog, companions and care environment.

Can you care for reactive dogs?+

Reactive dogs and dogs needing solo care may be considered following a detailed assessment. We will only confirm an arrangement we believe can be provided safely.

Can you give medication?+

Routine medication may be supported after consultation and with clear written instructions. Some clinical needs may require veterinary or specialist care.

Is there a trial?+

A meeting, trial session or short stay may be recommended before regular daycare or longer boarding.

Can we book and pay online?+

Enquiries and date requests can be submitted online. Booking and payment follow once suitability, availability and the bespoke quotation have been accepted.
