When you call, email, WhatsApp or submit an enquiry, you may provide contact details and information about your dog and requested care. We use it to respond, assess suitability, prepare a quotation and administer any agreed service.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be retained where reasonably required for enquiries, bookings, safety, accounting or legal obligations.

You may ask what information is held about you, request correction or raise a privacy concern by emailing info@poochandco.uk.
Third-party services such as email, WhatsApp, website hosting and Google Analytics may process information under their own terms. Google Analytics is only enabled after you accept optional analytics cookies.
