We start with what is normal for your dog and agree a realistic care plan with the household.

Suitability comes first
We consider each request against the dog’s needs, our experience and the environment available. Some medical or behavioural requirements may need specialist veterinary or behavioural support alongside our care.
We will be candid if a different arrangement is safer or more suitable.
